Greener Still Inc. was founded by Tom Delaney in 1986. In the early 80's, Tom worked with a large lawn service company. He had a vision to become a better business that was focused completely on the customer and the customer's needs. After 15 years of servicing the London and area, their son Chris had entered the business full time after graduating from a turf management course at Guelph University.

Lawn Care Specialist


Greener Still is currently seeking new and/or experienced, enthusiastic workers to join our lawn care specialists team. No experience is required as we take each new team member through our own Greener Still training processes. If you are looking for flexible hours, want to work with like-minded, energetic team members, and have a willingness to learn and apply new skills, then Greener Still is the perfect employer to work with! Job Description (but not limited to):
-Apply lawn products to residential and commercial turf while meeting daily production goals.
-Ensure company equipment is clean and organized.
-Strong work ethic and professionalism; ability to be courteous and respectful to customers.
-Must have an overall good attitude toward customers, equipment and a willingness to learn. Job Requirements:
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
-G drivers licence with clean abstract.
-Training and Licensing will be provided. Full and part time hours available.

Administrative Assistant


We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The Administrative Assistants at Greener Still are vital for the smooth-running of Greener Still opertions. Job Duties: -Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. -Answers phone calls and supports customer concerns. -Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. -Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail when providing information by answering questions and requests from customers. -Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Strongly Recommended Skills: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organization. -Excellent time management. -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Experience with Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks an asset. -Highly motivated and self-directed. -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Education and Experience Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent education required. -Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Online Full and part time hours available.

Snow Removal Operator


The Snow Removal Operator is responsible for working independently or as a team member. Responsible for the clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties throughout London and area in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. Job Duties: - Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. - Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow. - Maintain and care for your personal or company provided equipment, tools and vehicles. - Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and vehicles with plow blades. - Perform highly physical work outdoors on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, snowy weather. - It is required all Snow Removal Operators have cold weather gear and wear it appropriately to protect themselves against adverse weather conditions. - Work as part of a team and take direction. - Understand and meet contract scheduled deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality. - Keep accurate timesheet records. - Perform other tasks or projects as assigned. Job Requirements: - Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driver abstract - Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible and detailed oriented. - Must be professional in appearance and actions. - Great time management skills; available for seasonal long hours, a clear schedule to work all hours of the day, any day of the week and a strong work ethic. This position will require, although rare, potential holiday work. - This is a weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours. - Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude. - Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge and skill levels.
