I've been using them for a year and a half, and have been quite impressed with the service. We had a horrible creeping Charlie problem, and they've gotten rid of most of it for us (although we've also done quite a bit of raking ourselves). We're hoping that one more season will get rid of the rest of it. The price seems reasonable, and the guys have been quite helpful and informative when I've asked them questions. It's a local business, and it's nice to be able to easily get through to a friendly human being in the office too.
